Every film starts somewhere small. A few pages of script. A photo on your phone. A sentence you keep coming back to.

7LM Content Forge is built around that starting point. It's the AI film studio we're developing at 7th Letter Media, and it's designed to take whatever you bring and carry it all the way to a finished cut. It's live now. This post covers what it is, how it works and how to start.

Start with anything

You don't need a finished screenplay to begin. Content Forge accepts three kinds of starting points:

  • A script. A full screenplay, a single scene or a rough draft.

  • A photo. A character, a location, a product or a mood you want to build around.

  • An idea. One line describing the story you want to tell.

From there the studio works outward. It builds the world your story lives in, then shapes it into something you can watch.

From first idea to final cut

Content Forge covers the stages a production would normally spread across several tools and several people:

  • Characters. People who stay consistent from shot to shot.

  • Storyboard. Your story broken into scenes and frames before anything moves.

  • Shots. The individual images that make up each scene.

  • Video. Those shots turned into moving footage.

  • Voice. Casting and performances for your characters.

  • Edit. Everything cut together into a film.

Because every stage lives in one project, you're shaping one film the whole way through instead of moving files between separate apps.

Built by working filmmakers

7th Letter Media is a New Jersey production company. We make commercials, music videos, branded content and narrative films, and we've spent years on sets and in edit bays. Content Forge comes out of that work. The questions behind it are the ones we ask on every production: What's the story? Who is it for? Does this shot earn its place?

The goal isn't to replace a filmmaker's judgment. It's to give more people a way to see their ideas on screen, and to give working creatives a faster path from concept to cut.

From a social ad to a feature

Content Forge is built to scale with the size of the story. A few ways to use it:

  • Social ads and short promos

  • Pitch films and proof-of-concept scenes

  • Previsualization before a live-action shoot

  • Short films and longer narrative projects
