Dougherty has worked across the filmmaking process: development, production, ADR and post-production, writing, directing, producing and acting. He worked in development at Sunset Pictures with his uncle, producer Peter Wooster, and director Martin Guigui, and later pitched his own projects at Warner Bros. His production credits include Rebel Moon and Magazine Dreams, and on Sweetwater he followed a film from script to premiere, working on ADR alongside talent including Cary Elwes. He has also worked on the crews of Joker: Folie à Deux, Curb Your Enthusiasm and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. He wrote, directed, edited, produced and starred in TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE.
