Delete your account
In Content Forge (on the web or in the 7LM Forge and 7LM Content Forge apps): sign in, open Account (top right), choose Delete my account…, and confirm.
Can't sign in? Use the Delete your account button below, or email brientdougherty@7thlettermedia.com from the email address on your account.
We finish deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. Payment and tax records are kept as the law requires (usually 7 years). If you have a monthly plan, cancel it first in Account → Manage plan.
Billing and refunds
Manage or cancel your plan in Account → Manage plan. Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are refunded through that store.
